Das nenne ich mal eine überraschende Nachricht! Am 20. März 2013 hat eTukTuk seine Finanzierungsrunde auf seedmatch.de abgeschlossen. Das Unternehmen bekam 250.000 €. Laut seinem Finanzierungsangebot auf seedmatch.de besitzt eTukTuk die weltweiten Vertriebsrechte, also auch für Schweden, wo FundedByMe ansässig ist. Von einer Expansion nach Schweden war bisher mit keinem Wort die Rede.
Und jetzt soll es also weitergehen auf der schwedischen Plattform FundedByMe. Diese Plattform ist für jedes Startup zugänglich, das sich an die Regeln hält. Eine wirtschaftliche Prüfung durch den Betreiber erfolgt nicht:

Open Round
At this stage you have evaluated your idea, added all the necessary documentation and the crowd have shown that they are willing to invest. Going into an open round is a big step and requires your full attention to turn the interested crowd members into actual investors in your company. Make sure you make it worth all the hard work that you put into the pre-round.
